Are you looking for employment or need extra support in your post-secondary studies? We can help.
Our Navigators can connect you with community agencies and services that:
- provide pre-employment and on-the-job supports
- have connections to employment opportunities in a variety of industries
- provide mental health, life skills, and housing service referrals
- help with post-secondary studies (e.g. coursework and accommodations needed to complete an internship or field placement)

Our career navigation services cannot directly help you to search for employment.
Ready, Willing & Able (RWA) career navigation is an individualized service that is offered by appointment.
Job seekers typically meet with the Navigator between one to three times — either in-person, over the phone, or on a video call.
In this way, it is a unique service that is distinctly different from Canucks Autism Network (CAN)’s typical weekly programs.
An intake meeting is usually the first meeting that takes place between the Navigator and job seeker.
During this meeting, the goals are for the job seeker to learn more about Navigation and that the Navigator can learn more about the job seekerās goals and support needs.
The intake meeting takes place either online using Zoom or in-person at the Canucks Autism Network (CAN) office in Vancouver.
