Get active and have fun!
This spring, Multisport will be delivered as Baseball!
Multisport participants enjoy a range of games and activities in a safe and supportive indoor environment.
Each lesson consists of up to 10 participants, who are provided with a high ratio of support.
Activities vary by location, but may include basketball, soccer, golf, ball hockey, and more.
Participants will develop fundamental movement skills, like running, jumping, throwing, catching, and kicking.
Participants must have a registered account, an autism diagnosis, and be of the correct age when the program starts.

Support Provided
Participants receive a high level of support through group instruction delivered by trained staff and dedicated volunteers:
- Onsite Supervisor: Ensures the success of the program as a whole
- Coach: Delivers curriculum and provides group instruction
- Support Workers: Adapts instruction to participants as needed
- Program Assistants & Volunteers: Additional program support
We strive to meet the needs of each participant through parent/caregiver collaboration.
Parents and caregivers can provide basic information about their child’s support needs and abilities through their CAN account.*
During the season, don’t hesitate to speak with coaches and on-site staff about support strategies that work for your child (e.g., visual schedules, first-then boards, token systems, social stories, etc).
*If you would like your child’s personal support worker to accompany them to the program, please email us at info@canucksautism.ca.
Our “Activity Storybooks” show participants what to expect at a CAN program!
Participants can read them before their first (or each) session to build predictability.
Download the Multisport Activity Storybook to help prepare your child for the program.

“We signed Noah up for Multisport when he was five. Little did we know CAN was going to change our lives.”
