At Legend Water, we believe that becoming a Legend is a journey—and mental health is a vital part of that path.

Through our Legend Supporting Legends initiative, we’re partnering with Canucks Autism Network (CAN) to raise funds and foster acceptance for children and youth on the autism spectrum. Together, we aim to create communities where every young person feels seen, supported, and empowered.

In BC, 1 in 25 children and youth are on the autism spectrum. Among them, over 70% experience at least one co-occurring mental health condition. CAN is working to address the mental health challenges faced by Autistic youth by introducing a stream of Mental Health & Wellness programs that encourage participants to explore their own mental health, improve their overall wellness, and connect with their community.

For the founders of Legend Water, mental health isn’t just a cause—it’s a calling. It’s embedded in our brand ethos and reflected in the way we show up. Our team comes from all walks of life, each with a personal connection to mental health. We’ve seen the hesitation, the stigma, the silence—and we’re proud to support causes like Canucks Autism Network that are helping change that story.
