Soccer Club

CAN is pleased to announce a new social-recreational program for our teens and young adults.  The Soccer Club is designed to engage the participants socially while they develop and practice their soccer skills in drills and game play.  While there will be some formal skill instruction, participants are not expected to have extensive soccer experience.  The program will be facilitated by a trained soccer coach and support staff.  Participant siblings are also welcome to register.

WHEN:           Fall 2012

WHERE:         Vancouver

WHAT:           45 minutes of skills and 15 minutes of rotating teams in scrimmage

WHO:             Teens and Young Adults, 16-26 (15 spots available)

Program Criteria:

  • Participants must be between the ages of 16-26.
  • Participants must have an autism diagnosis and a CAN Family Membership.
  • Siblings may also register if they wish to participate and fall within the stated age range.
  • Commitment to attend for the duration of the program.
  • Participants must be able to provide their own transportation to and from the program.
