Family Skate at Rogers Arena

Join us as we experience the thrill of taking the ice at Rogers Arena! Families will be invited to skate while enjoying Christmas music, a visit from special guests, including Santa and Canucks’ mascot Fin and complimentary refreshments (hot chocolate, water, coffee, special holiday cookies).

***Very important to note- Anyone who desires to enter the ice MUST have a helmet. Helmets are NOT provided by CAN and are not available for rental at the arena. Please ensure that you have organised to borrow or purchase a helmet (bike helmet etc…) before the event as we will not permit anyone on the ice without one.

**In addition, upon registration each family will be sent a Rogers Arena waiver form. It is mandatory that this form is completed and returned to the CAN office prior to the day of the event. Any family who has not completed the waiver will NOT be permitted on the ice.

Due to increasingly high demand for ice time and several unavoidable scheduling conflicts, the Family Skate will occur during the day this year. While we are aware that this may be a difficult time to accommodate, we were not able to get any other ice time and decided that rather than cancel the event, we would run it for those families who are able to make it. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, however the final offer was out of our hands. We are so grateful to Rogers Arena for accommodating such an amazing event and we hope that most of you will be able to join us.
